YES! I have Telehealth Options!
(Coronavirus Accommodations)

During this unprecedented time of the coronavirus pandemic, I am available to meet your mental health needs.  Per the CDC, people currently seeing a mental health professional should continue their treatment and be aware of new or worsening symptoms.  To adhere to social distancing recommendations, I am available via HIPAA-compliant video sessions or by phone to accommodate your schedule.

Some guidance from the CDC regarding Stress and Coping:

Our vulnerability to contagion can flood us with fear and anxiety. Coping with stress will make you, the people you care about, and your community stronger. Some of the indicators of the need for collaborating with others are:

      * Constant worry about your own health and the health of your loved ones

      * Changes in sleep or eating patterns

      * Difficulty sleeping or concentrating

      * Worsening of chronic health problems

      * Increased use of alcohol, tobacco, or other drugs

Taking care of ourselves and our family can help each of us cope with stress. Helping others cope with stress can also make our community stronger. Vulnerability to this contagion is universal. We are all in this together.

Don't hesitate to contact me to discuss what's on your mind.
