As I have entered the "final phase of life," it has become far more interesting to me. The last phase of life presents obvious unique challenges to us all. When these challenges are not addressed effectively, or at all, depression and anxiety can prevail and prevent our capacity to straightforwardly address the challenge. When this occurs, we can become isolated in dread and fear.
I provide conversational opportunities that encourage eventual full acceptance and comfort with the profoundly unique experiences of this phase of life. Because these conversations can lead us to a more healthy way of living, they are covered by Medicare and all other insurances for whom I am a provider.
