$150 per 50+ minute session
Insurance
I am currently an approved network provider for Aetna, Blue Shield of CA, Medicare Part B, Magellan Behavioral Health (MHSA), Cigna, ComPsych, MHN, Triwest and Value Options/Beacon Health Option. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- Is this provider in-network or out-of-network?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Payment is expected on the date of each session. Cash, check, PayPal, and ACH Bank Transfer are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
No charge will be made for cancellations made for more than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged since it would not be possible to fill the reserved time slot in this short period of time.
